Welcome to Gypsy Moon Cleaning LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using this website (gypsymooncleaningllc.godaddysites.com) or booking services through us, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site or book services.

We provide residential and commercial cleaning services (general cleaning, deep/move-out, Airbnb turnovers, eco/green cleanings). Service descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change. Any written estimate or confirmation is the service agreement for that job.

• Booking: You may request a quote or book via our website, phone (928-458-1495), or email Gypsymooncleaningco@gmail.com.
• Payment: We accept the payment methods listed on the site. Payment is due as stated at booking or upon completion per the invoice.
• Cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours of a booked appointment may incur a cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service fee.

You represent that you own or have the right to allow us access to the property. You must disclose pets, dangerous conditions, or special access needs before service. We may refuse or pause work for safety reasons.

We carry business liability insurance. We will exercise care, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed prior to service. You must report damage within 48 hours. Except where prohibited by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

If you’re unhappy, notify us within 48 hours and we’ll make reasonable efforts to remediate at no additional charge. Refunds are issued at our discretion and per the terms in your invoice.

Website content (text, images, logos) is owned by us or our licensors. Do not reuse content without written permission.

We may use third-party vendors (payment processors, scheduling software, analytics). Those vendors’ terms apply when you use their functions.

We may suspend or terminate site access or services for violations of these Terms. We may modify these Terms; we’ll post the updated version with a revised effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
